Privacy and cookies
We use account, order, contact, and payment-status information to provide bakery services. We do not collect your M-Pesa PIN. Optional analytics are used to improve the website.
Payments, refunds, and cancellations
Deposits reserve production capacity and ingredients. Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on how far production has progressed. Contact the bakery promptly if an order needs to change.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery availability, address, fee, and timing must be confirmed by the bakery. Pickup details are confirmed with the order. Fulfilment changes may change the remaining balance.
Allergies and food safety
Customers should disclose allergies in the order remarks. Eggless cakes may still be prepared in a kitchen that handles eggs, dairy, wheat, nuts, and other allergens, so cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
Terms of service
Cake colours, handmade decorations, and reference-image interpretations may vary slightly. The confirmed order details, payment record, and bakery-approved changes form the final order agreement.
